The company

Our world of ceramics.

Our manufactory

The m&r Manufaktur GmbH brand stands for modern craftsmanship. In our industrial manufactory, traditional shaping processes meet advanced technologies. We have technical expertise in the areas of ceramic production and ceramic colors. We produce architectural ceramics, tiles and stoneware for the national and international market. As individual as the project planning is, as customer-specific we advise our customers in the area of the ceramic material used.

  • Casting - precise shaping for detailed ceramic elements
  • Presses - efficient production for serial and dimensionally accurate products
  • Extrusion - flexible profile and strand shapes for individual applications
  • Individual surfaces & glazes - a variety of colors, textures and effects for unique designs

That is why we

The uniqueness of m&r Manufaktur comes from the combination of form and decoration. We set new standards in the field of decorative facades. In our manufactory, we produce architectural ceramics in 3D and special formats, as well as large-scale decors on ceramic tiles in maxi format on 7500 square meters.

Each production process is preceded by our own product development – be it in the area of three-dimensional façade cladding or the implementation of decor requests. We match the requirements for the façade elements or the ceramic colors to the respective substrate (ceramic, glass or enamel). We also offer hand decoration of ceramic decals or glazes for third-party products. We open up new design possibilities for architects, designers and planners with the entire finishing spectrum.

Reliable partner for architects and planners

We support architects and planners from the initial idea to the finished implementation. Using state-of-the-art production processes such as casting, pressing and extruding, we realize projects of any size – from a single piece to several hundred square metres. Individual surfaces, glazes and effects open up almost unlimited design possibilities. Our claim: maximum precision, reliable adherence to deadlines and solutions that are not only technically convincing, but also set design accents.

Working sustainably with ceramics

Ceramic is a material with a long tradition and at the same time a material of the future. Robust, dimensionally stable and versatile, it opens up new possibilities for architects in terms of design and function. Our products are manufactured according to the cradle-to-cradle principle – fully recyclable.

We only use regional raw materials. This strengthens the local economy, protects the environment and ensures the highest quality. We produce 100% in Germany – with short distances and maximum transparency.

Thanks to photovoltaics and energy recovery, our production is COâ‚‚-neutral. This creates ceramics that combine aesthetics, durability and responsibility.
