Our ceramic printing processes
Two printing processes are used for the different architectural materials glass and ceramic:
- ceramic screen printing and
- ceramic digital printing.
What both processes have in common is the resistant finishing of the substrate materials. Enameled glass or decorated façade tiles are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. In particular, projects in the field of art on buildings can be realized in a stable and durable manner.
Our technique for ceramic decals
In ceramic screen printing, screens are exposed with the motif or decoration and the color is applied through the screen onto tiles, tiles or glass panes. Thanks to our special technique and many years of experience with ceramic decals for porcelain in the luxury sector, we are also able to decorate shapes.
For example, ceramic façade elements can be produced in various material imitations or provided with an individual design:
- UV-stable
- Weather and corrosion resistant
- Scratch and abrasion resistant
- Chemical resistant
Ceramic screen printing is recommended for large print runs with consistent motifs, as well as for effects such as a sandblasted look or precious metal decors.
