Services
We produce ceramics according to your wishes on more than 6,000 square meters. With handmade ceramics, you are almost completely free in terms of shape and design: whether three-dimensional, round, angular or with a backsplash.
Stoneware ceramics have numerous positive material properties for use in architecture, making them ideal for use on ventilated rainscreen cladding (VHF). The self-cleaning glaze surface, UV stability and weather resistance of our stoneware ceramics ensure that they still look like they did on the first day, even years later.
Together with the specialist tradesmen, we work out the perfect connection to the substructure of the façade. We provide appropriate fastening solutions for different tile formats during production. Undercut anchors are generally used for rear-ventilated curtain wall façades, but we also prepare project-specific fixings using staples or a steel structure.
m&r Manufaktur GmbH combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology. We develop unique ceramics in terms of shape, glaze and surface – individually tailored to each project.
Our process opens up special possibilities for architects, designers and planners: Special formats and customized solutions that give free rein to ideas.
Our ceramic facades are mainly used as ventilated rainscreen cladding (VHF). There are several options for fastening to the substructure. We carry out this preparatory work on the tiles. For example, we provide drill holes or undercuts for subsequent screwing of agraffes.
Take the traditional ceramic façade made of flat clinker bricks / tiles or terracotta panels into the third dimension. You are virtually free to design the shape. Realize your individual façade design.
